Randy failed to mention in his post about the common council meeting that the City of Cudahy now has the option to start foreclosure on the Iceport land. I’m not saying this is what will happen for sure, but I think there is a distinct possibility that it will happen. Right now, this would be the best outcome. The city would have the land back and could look for a respectable company to build on it that would actually create real jobs rather than jobs with terrible benefits that keep people in poverty.
