Randy Hollenbeck seems to be turning into a turtle, only poking his head out when he thinks the coast is clear and nobody is watching. It’s unfortunate he turned off comments on his blog, citing things like “sockpuppeting”, which is the act of posting under a different name. It’s also ironic, because word on the street is that he has done it in the past. Now if anyone wants to comment, they have to email him directly for approval on the comment and if he approves he will post it. What a joke. You can’t put yourself out in the public eye if you’re going to be shallow and worried about what people are gonna say about you or if they’re going to say something you don’t like.
Comments will NEVER be closed or moderated on this site. I’m not afraid of what people have to say. In fact, I welcome comments and urge anyone who used to post on Randy’s blog to come over here.

Yeah, I was disappointed to see Randy turn off comments on his blog, but I’ve noticed lots of conservative folks either turn off comments or they moderate comments, so as to filter out the comments they don’t want. Personally, I’ll allow just about any comment, so long as it’s not completely distasteful or “over the line.”
